Big Disappointment

My family used Southern Elegance for our father. The prices are higher than the shop next door. But we were recommended to Southern Elegance for their quality for the second time, mother passed away 3 months earlier. The heart flower arrangement the granddaughter ordered had papa instead of pa-pa. So they came and fixed it. The granddaugher was very upset as you could imagine. The spray on the casket consisted of roses and carnations. The second day when we walked in (approx. 15 hrs later) a number of roses were drooping, had bad parts on them. The flower arragement from the son had drooping flowers on it also. I would not recommend Southern Elegance to anyone.
